Shipping Information

We do our absolute best to prepare your order to survive USPS shipping. Recycled or recyclable materials are used whenever possible. Packing materials, air bags and bubble wrap we receive from various sources are re-used to pack customer orders to cut down on waste.

MISSING PACKAGES

We have done our absolute best to ship your order in minimal time. Please check the USPS website with your tracking number to find the shipping status. You can fill out a USPS missing package report through this address: https://bit.ly/47zaOes. We are not able to replace orders that have been lost or stolen. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

ORDERS SENT TO UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES

USPS is used for shipping. If a package is returned to SMO as undeliverable, we will resend it at a corrected address provided the customer pays the additional shipping plus a handling fee of $3.00. A link to pay the shipping and handling will be sent to the customer via email. Once payment is received, we will re-ship your order.

REGARDING SEASONAL TEMPERATURES

From June 1 - September 30, candles will be packed using insulation to protect them from the heat. There is NO cost increase for this service! Please keep an eye on tracking information once your candle has shipped to take it out of the summer heat ASAP. As it’s impossible to control the temperatures the candle is subject to after it ships, SMO is not responsible for softened or melted candles upon receipt. Thanks so much for your understanding!
